30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Finding the right fit should be easy. With Folg, you can shop with confidence knowing that exchanges are completely free.

Exchanges (Free & Easy)

If the size isn’t right, you can exchange your shoes within 30 days — even if you’ve already worn them. To start an exchange, simply email us at support@folg.ch, and we’ll send you the return instructions. We’ll also cover all shipping costs for your exchange.

If your size isn’t available, you’ll receive a voucher to choose another product instead.

Returns

If the shoes don’t feel right, you can return them within 30 days for a refund, as long as they’re in resellable condition (unworn and undamaged). To start a return, email us at support@folg.ch. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Important notes

For orders outside the EU or Switzerland, import duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
